Relocating Life (sort of)

ree

It feels like I have wrapped up life in Suva in a way, having now 99% relocating to live in Sigatoka as I take an extended break from the work life. I will be in-between Suva and Sigatoka of course, given my social life (wink wink). Read my previous blog if this is confusing you.

I get asked how it feels to not have a job to wake up to. Honestly, I'm still trying to get use to it but I do feel free and yes still abit scared. While I do have my life planned out for the rest of the year, I also have the occasional alarm bell go off in my head that I must find my next work...which I can safely ignore for now.

What's helping me is the support from my family and their reassurance. Coming to live with my parents after living alone for the past many years still has us in giggles, but thankfully expectations have been discussed so that we are on the same page. Of course, the usual family bickerings are bound to happen, but what would life be without it! I'll be helping with my family business for the rest of the year, while I travel, make time for more hobbies and of course doing everything WhereEva #ifykyk.

I will definitely miss the usual Suva routine I've had, but time to get uncomfortable and reroute myself. (Insert all the woke words here lol). If you have been following my journey and think I'm crazy, wait till you see what all I get up to!

For now, this is all I can ramble about here...till my next update 🙂
